• (c) To identify suitable Indian / Foreign Contractor as JV partner for our Principal to enable us to participate in major construction and development projects in India and abroad in active JV role or Silent JV partner.
• (d) Work together with Foreign JV Partner and Local JV partner to get the best terms & conditions with the proposed Partner in India andabroad in case of a non-active JV and assist you in finalizing all terms & conditions & agreements.
• (e) To initiate dialogue with the prospective partner, discuss and finalize modalities of the JV in consultation with the Company, on a general or case to case basis.
• (f) Arranging for signing of JV Agreement
• (g) Identity and intimacy about major construction and infrastructure projects being notified in India and abroad.
• (h) Assisting in preparation of legal, Eligibility and technical Documentation related with Indian / Foreign JV partner required for bid submission.
• (i) Post bid follow up work related to the bids submitted by the JV.
• (j) Assist you in opening bank accounts / assisting you in setting up your management team etc in India.
• (k) Assist & advice you in proper documentation for PQ / EOI's and tendering purposes. Pricing of the tender in not in our scope.

l) Consultancy & Arranging Joint Ventures / Collaborations for Bidding & Construction of Green Buildings / Tall Skyscrapers / Hospital buildings / Airport(s) / Complex Buildings and for Laying of& Oil Gas Pipelines and Associated facilities

• (a) ACS INTERNATIONAL consulting firm also Arranging Joint Ventures / Collaborations between Indian IT Companies and Foreign IT Companies for hardware device / modules and end-to-end IoT solution providers and working in integration with the LoRaWAN® system which can collect and store a lot of data in different data sources, perform real time analytical calculations and also unattended actions with numerous reporting modules
• (b) ACS INTERNATIONAL consulting firm also Arranging Joint Ventures / Collaborations between Indian private banks and foreign banks for opening their branch in India and abroad.
• (c) We also are arranging Joint Venture / Collaboration between Mobile network Operators - India Company and Mobile network Operators - Foreign Company.
