Chandan Singh Chahal is the Founder and Proprietor of ACS International.

With more than 20 years of professional experience in international business development, construction tenders, and infrastructure projects, Mr. Chahal has assisted foreign and local contractors in establishing successful Joint Ventures (JVs), consortiums, and strategic business partnerships for major infrastructure projects.

Since founding ACS International in 2012, he has developed a strong international network of contractors, engineering consultants, project developers, and infrastructure companies across Asia, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and North America.

His expertise includes identifying suitable Joint Venture partners, facilitating business introductions, coordinating strategic partnerships, and supporting companies participating in international and domestic infrastructure tenders.

Mr. Chahal holds a Master of Commerce (M.Com.), a Diploma in Civil Engineering, and professional qualifications in Computer Applications, Accounting Software, and SAP.

His multidisciplinary background enables him to understand both the commercial and technical aspects of infrastructure projects, allowing him to provide practical and value-driven business solutions. He is committed to conducting business with professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and transparency. His vision is to position ACS International as a trusted global platform for Joint Venture matchmaking, connecting reliable international and local contractors and creating long-term strategic partnerships that contribute to the successful delivery of infrastructure projects worldwide.
